You can pay via cash or bank transfers for online payments. We don’t accept cheques or third-party payment apps.
All of our drivers are registered with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). Since your safety is our top priority, our drivers strictly follow the traffic laws. They also have hands-on experience in driving all types of vehicles.
Yes, you can call our customer support team to schedule a booking for a specific date and time. We also suggest that you book at least a few hours in advance to ensure driver availability and on-time arrival.
If the traffic fine is a result of the driver’s actions or negligence, SafeDriverHub will take full responsibility for the penalty. You will not be held liable for fines caused by the driver.
At the moment, we are only available within the borders of Dubai but we are working hard to extend it to all of the UAE states as soon as possible.
